🚀 AugmentOS (Android) Beta 10 🚀

BIG CHANGE: We found multiple issues with the audio pipeline. Now, captions and EVERY APP run way smoother.

We also added an always-on Status Bar (beta), so you can stay in the loop at all times, thanks to @shadowedwhisperer We made a change to the audio streaming that might make phone battery usage slightly more intense... but don't worry, we have other battery improvements in this beta to make up for it... and more changes coming this week will further improve phone battery usage.

Changes - fix the audio encoding/decoding/sending issues - add always-on Status Bar - Added Developer Settings - improve the power efficiency of VAD - simplify the background services
